I am honored to announce that I am seeking a second term as Mayor of Scandia. Serving as your mayor has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. Over the years, we have accomplished a great deal by working together as a community. Investing in our parks, trails, and community spaces, supporting projects that preserve Scandia’s unique rural character, and collaborating with our business community strengthens our local economy. Recent progress - including the new School Playground, improvements at Gammelgården, the Water Tower Barn, Gateway and Wetland Trail enhancements, growth of local businesses - shows what can happen when neighbors, volunteers, businesses, and local government work together toward common goals. While I am running unopposed, I do not take your trust or support for granted. I remain committed to listening to you, making thoughtful decisions, being fiscally responsible, and preserving the values that make Scandia such a special place to live.
